Foo Fighters - In Your Honor The new Foo album actually comes with two discs - one rock, one acoustic.
I really like the rock disc - there aren't too many outstanding tracks, but you can put it on when some people are over, or you're sitting reading or playing games, and it's solid througout.
I'm normally a pretty big fan of the things that they've put out acoustically over the years, but I'm a bit dissapointed this time. The acoustic CD is just way too mellow. Nothing stands out at all, and it feels like I'm supposed to be contemplating the meaning of life or some such while staring at candles.
A very good, but not great, rock album. |
